Can't get my voicemail

When I get mail it says ring 447782333123 and when i do it says that number is not correct.  What number is correct to get mail?

Hi @Rosemary Fraser, that is the correct number for voicemail, but you only need that if you’re dialing from outside the iD Mobile network. Since you’re calling from an iD Mobile phone, you should just have to dial 123. Alternatively, if you hold down 1 for a few seconds, this should also connect you to voicemail.
