Hi,

Please Help!

I changed my plan from 500 minutes to unlimited minutes and texts. Why did I get a text saying all my minutes have been used and I will now be charged per call but my account says I'm on my new plan...confused?!

Hi @Chezz21,

Sorry to hear about this. I would advise checking your allowance and usage as it seems that you may have received this text due to the plan change.

Just log into the iD App or the iD Account area and you'll be able to see exactly what you've used. You can also monitor your usage by calling 7777, where you'll be able to listen to your available allowances through the automated service.
