All updates are made in stages and each version goes live in different times. Phones sold on ID Mobile does not have network specific update as they mostly come unlocked, which means, you will get an update at the same time as SIM-FREE handsets. I am waiting for update on may Huawei Honor Play as well but people in China received already at the end of November 🙂
