Android keyboard
When on a call & I need to choose options in a menu ,for example, my actual keypad doesn't come up anymore! It just disappeared today! How do I get it back please??!!

Depends on what mobile you have as to how we sort this out for you!
Try restarting the mobile (turn the mobile off and back on) this can resolve 80% of issues.
The keypad should appear when you move the mobile away from your face.
The actual sensor that detects this may be damaged or being blocked.
Try removing any case you have and clean the mobile with a wet wip.
Use a paint brush or anything with soft bristles and clean the mobile sensors at the top around the ear speaker.
Have you installed any new apps recently?
Have you adjusted the screen time out delay to OFF during calls?
This might be worth a look at settings and screen settings or under call settings.
Go to Settings
Then My Device, Call
Then unckeck the option
Turn off screen during call.
