APN settings Huawei P30 pro

Had my Huawei P30 pro for two days and cannot get mobile internet to work. It is an upgrade from previous id mobile contract.  

Have tried the settings checker - send my settings does nothing, I don't receive any settings.

Tried entering APN manually several times - the manual settings say different things on different pages so I tried several variations.

Some other solutions I've read on here recommend deleting all old APN's first, but the original APN doesn't let me delete it.

Any ideas?

Hi @stefanitely,

 

We have had some issues of late that are now fixed. Could you try powering down the handset for me and then toggling Air plane mode on and off again please?
