blank screen on phone - faulty

Help my girlfriends samsung is only 3 months old with ID and the screen gas gone blank. Phone must be still on because alarm goes off in the morning.  What do we do ? It has lots been on water or dropped etc

Hi @Uknbr02,

We’re sorry to hear about that issue, did you mean to say that it hasn’t been damaged? If there is no damage we would recommend taking the phone to a Carphone Warehouse store if they are open within your area. If they are closed due to lockdown laws where you live, please contact the manufacturer in the meantime.
