broken charging port

6 months of contract left on a galaxy s9, that has a 24 month warranty. Charging port has become temperamental, sometimes it charges, sometimes it doesn't. Unable to take to cpw as it s shut and can't contact live chat as it's always busy.

Please advise best course of action to repair phone.

We’re sorry to hear about this issue! As the Carphone Warehouse stores are closed, the best course of action at this time would be to contact the manufacturer directly so that you can follow their repair process.
