Hi!

Ive got a phone on contract (Samsung J3 2016) and I dropped it, causing the screen to stay black. are contract phones on insurance so I can get a replacement/ repaired? thank you 🙂

Ahhh, what a shame @ethwoo14

Your handset would have a 24-month warranty, however, this does not cover accidental damage (such as dropping the handset.)

Your device would not automatically be insured, this is something you would have had to take out yourself.

If you do not have mobile phone insurance then I am afraid you would be unable to replace the handset.

Let us know if you have any further questions.

Thanks,

Chloé.

I have had mine replaced due to a cracked screen from VINYL.

Hi my daughter phone has completely stopped working obviously during this covid 19 I can understand no one is working but I am paying for a phone we can't use or get fixed until god knows when what are my options ?
