Hello

My phone is broken I’m not sure whether its covered by insurance or warranty with you?

With or without insurance I need to arrange a replacement ASAP as I need it for working from home. Please advise how to go about this.

Sorry to hear this. 

Please note iD does not provide any additional insurance. 

Have you purchased insurance elsewhere? 

Warranty is covered by the manufacture.

Will my insurance be through carphone warehouse then?

Do you offer any deals for replacement phones if my phone is not covered. 

 

I think it is disgraceful that this is the only customer support yo are currently offering.

Hello,

My phone has broken irreparably.
There is no information anywhere on next available options. 
Can I buy a new phone from IDmobile? Or do I have to buy a new phone and unlock it?

Any help is appreciated.

If the phone is under warranty, you could speak to the manufacturer about having that repaired under that warranty.

 

If not, yet you are still in the midst of a 24-month contract with iD Mobile.  Then we’d recommend you purchase or source another phone to use your iD Mobile SIM with for the duration of your contract or until you can next upgrade.
