Hi, 

 

Live chat always seems unavailable and I am unable to cancel via 'my account'.

 

I would like to cancel this ASAP. The phone does not get used and I have been trying to put my 30 days notice in for 30 days now. 

 

Please contact me ASAP. 

Again, I have tried using the online but it advised me to contact you via live chat.
