Hi , how can i cancel my id mobile contract , i've been trying everything i could , online , app , chat with bots , try to call the custuomer services . Nothing it's work , i never see such a poor customer services and such a hard way to cancel a subscriptions for anything . It's like you have to be with them forever . I'm so dissapointed about this way of doing things by ID mobile . If anyone can help me with this request i will be really gratfull.

Hi how can i cancel my id mobile contract , i've been trying everything , online site , app , calling , online chat , why is so hard to speak with someone just to cancel the contract . Please i need to end with this , i never meet such a poor customer support and such a hard way of canceling

We are sorry to hear this. Our Live Chat | iD Mobile Network Team here is the best place to request a cancellation. I have tested the Live Chat app and can confirm after seeing the chat BOT I was able to get through to an advisor. Once you entered your name, mobile number, and reason for the chat, you will be transferred to the iD chatbot, at this point just type in the word ‘Agent’ or ‘Human’ and you will get put through to an advisor who can assist you. We’re also contactable via Facebook and Twitter if you use those platforms. If you have trouble using those services then please let us know here and we’ll offer further support.
