Cancel my plan

Gone through all the steps to cancel, red message at the bottom says contact customer services yet you just go round in a never ending loop. I’ll be cancelling the direct debit as of next month if it is not rectified.

I find it absolutely pathetic that a phone company can’t have anyone to even contact to cancel.
