Cancellation cooling off

Hello

 

I wish to cancel my contract i am within the cooling off period. I have sent back all my equipment to you. What do i need to do to confirm cancellation. I have tried to ring your customer service line, no reply, i have tried to set up the app to access my account to cancel error messages are coming up. I am very frustrated with this, please advise how to complete cancellation?
