Cannot receive incoming SMS, cannot make outgoing calls

Hi, 

I cannot receive any incoming SMS text messages.
Sending out SMS text messages is difficult & not seamless.

Worse still, I cannot make outgoing call & receive incoming call.

What is going on with iD mobile? Sending a question to your live chat is useless. Your chat bot is not smart at all.

I am very furious with your service & expect an explanation & compensation here.
Otherwise, I would not hesitate to switch to your competitor.

P/S: I have switched my SIM card to another phone & I still get the same issue.

There are reported wide spread issues with the three network effecting text, however thankfully calls should still working for now!

(iD Mobile runs on the Three network)

Try restarting your device by turning it off and then back on, then try turning airplane mode on and off and see it that fixes the voice calls issue.

Hopefully the text service it’s just be a short term outage, thankfully they are aware of the issue and working on it.

You should still have data and if you have an iPhone could use the iMessage service to send messages to those contacts that have that similar service on the iphone.
