Cant request to cancel - CMP6

Hi I have been on a 1 month rolling sim only plan for several years, it was under my mum's name as I was too young when we started it. 

Recently instead of upgrading I chose to start a new plan under my name, but found I can't transfer my old number as both accounts are ID. Because of this I would like to cancel the new plan and change the old plan, but the new plan can't be cancelled yet, though I'm within the cooling off period, as the app gives me the "Invalid Request, Validating the request has been failed with CMP6 details" message.

Is there another option for cancelling the new plan or another method to transfer my old number? Thanks

Unfortunately, there would be no way to port your existing iD number to the new iD sim. We can assist you with canceling your new plan in your name, we will Send you a Private Message to help with this.
