If I purchase a Sim Free phone can I swap my Micro Sim for a Nano Sim ?

Yes you can replace your Sim at any time. There might be a fee of £5 for the replacement  and you will need to contact iD Mobile directly by Live Chat or Phone Call to request the replacement but due to coronavirus pandemic restrictions it might be difficult to get in touch with them as you may know many people are self-isolating and vulnerable customer are the priority.

Hi @gawilson1,

If your current SIM card was provided by us then it may already be Nano-SIM compatible. If you try to pop out the middle (metal) section of your SIM card, this should break down to the Nano-SIM size.

If this doesn’t work, please contact our Live Chat team here between 9am - 8pm during the week and we will issue you with a new SIM card. :)
