Continuous network problems on 7 week old phone - Coverage

Hi, 

I took out a contract with id mobile 7 weeks ago. 

I've had nothing but continuous issues. Unable to stream videos despite having unlimited data. Apps constantly not responding. Now I'm unable to make or receive phone calls. I went back to carphone warehouse who replaced my phone (initially thought it was a faulty phone). So now I have a 1 day old phone which still has all the above problems. I've been told that to leave my contract and go with another service provider will cost me a £500+ cancellation fee. I now have a phone with an inibility to make phone calls. There is no number or email for me to speak with a human. Should I go back to carphone warehouse. I'm tempted to seek legal advise. Any comments helpful.....

Is it mostly at home you’ve noticed the coverage issues, as we should definitely not have any trouble widespread in providing service.

Could we get your home postcode?

Do you have WiFi calling enabled in your phone to give you a boost of signal in any buildings that are for any reason proving hard to get signal in?
