My sons Samsung galaxy A70 is not keeping charge. The back of the phone case has come loose. There apears to be something wrong with the battery. I have tried contacting ID using the live chat via my account and have got no where. The first message said I was being transfered from the chat bot to a person then the next message said no one ia available desite stating the opening hours.
I simply want to know how to have his phone repaired as he is not eligible for upgrade until 30 April. He has not dropped the phone.
