faulty charger

Hi, I recently bought a Google Pixel 3a on a monthly plan through ID. I LOVE the phones but unfortunately the charger has stopped working. Not sure whether it is the cable or the plug that is the problem . It's definitely not the phone as I can charge it using other people's chargers. Just wondering whether I'm likely to be able to get a replacement under warranty and how I would go about doing this?
Thanks!

Hi @Nikiana

I am pretty sure you can get a replacement, just pop in to your local Carphone Warehouse with proof of purchase and sale assistant there will help you with it.

Kind Regards
