Faulty Samsung A10

My Samsung A10 has suddenly developed a fault where it's continually shutting down and restarting, even during calls, countless times through the day and night. I rely on this phone heavily for work and personal calls. The handset was supplied by ID when I switched to them in December '19 after years with Virgin. I cannot get hold of anyone at ID to discuss the fault and it's now getting completely infuriating. Please can anyone help???

Hello @ruthroot,

I’m sorry to hear your handset is faulty here.

Samsung handsets come with a 24-month warranty, so you can visit your local Carphone Warehouse store within Curry’s PC world to get this booked in for repair.

You can also do this with the manufacturer directly.

Let me know how you get on.

Mohammed

Thank you so much, I'll try this hopefully tomorrow and let you know how it goes 😊

Sounds like a plan @ruthroot. I’m sure our friends at Carphone Warehouse will be happy to help.
