forgotten password to get into after i thought i had lost phone

cant get into phone as i thought i had lost it but i found it went to use finger id phone sliped and its asking for password which i have for got

Hi there @sheila hopkins

Do you happen to have the iD Mobile SIM still?

If so, you should be able to use the forgotten password button on our website: https://my.idmobile.co.uk/web/cpw/home/

You’ll get a code texted to the iD SIM as part of that process and it will allow you to reset your password.

Once you’re back in you can have fingerprint login turned back on.
