This is the second time this has happened in 6 months.
ive tried a hard reset and that doesnt do anything.
it had 81% battery when powered off and now wont power on
I cant take it to carphone warehouse and cant speek to Id customer service as they are all closed due to covid 19.
my daughter needs this phone to contact me in an emergecy whilst I am at work.
What do I do?
