Have just joined ID because of a good deal and the fact that you have wifi calling for my handset, Samsung galaxy A70. Wifi call has been working but has now stopped. It works with a virgin sim. Have updates phone software, tried switching it of and on a few times but no joy. I need help or it's back to EE.

Wifi calling was working until phone updated to android 11. Wifi calling is enabled but still not working. Tried removing simcard and restarting the phone as some people suggested but still no luck. Any ideas

which device are you using and where did you get it from?
Sometimes a software update can break this feature if the phone isn’t compatible or if the update has changed something.

It does seem like the update has broken the WiFi calling feature.
