I received my brand new Galaxy S20 5G ready upgrade 3 weeks ago and the included headphones are not working. The phone registers them as a charging device when I plug them in. They worked for one day and the next day, nothing. Any ideas?

You should have a 12-month warranty on accessories that came with the device.
We’d normally send you to one of our Carphone Warehouse stores so we can replace this, however, due to the stores being closed, we’d recommend cotnacting the manufacturer who can offer a replacement on the headphones.
