Tried to upgrade last night but not sure if it has gone through or not, how can I find out?

I completed the form up to and including my bank details, it sent me to the secure bank page for password but that page wouldn't close like it usually would. I clicked the cross on the top left of the page but it closed everything.

If you attempted this yesterday and you’ve had no updates by email since, then it sounds like it may not have completed.

It would be worth logging in to your account through the iD Mobile App and trying again there -or- trying again using a different browser this time.

 

Be sure that your bank details are up to date too, and to be using a card that is registered at the same address as your home address were the delivery is presumably going to.
