HELP! I accidentally changed my number on the wrong account

I had an old plan with id and I changed my number on a old plan I ordered thinking it was my new account that I was changing and now everything is merged and messed up.

Hi @Fadumo Nur,

Unfortunately we wouldn’t be able to reverse a PAC code usage. We could issue you with a PAC code for the old account and you can then use this to move to another network, but this will cancel the old plan.
