I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 4G in navy on 30th December. It’s still out of stock in navy but in stock in white.
I’d like to change my order to the same phone in white so I can receive the phone sooner.
This is the first time I have shopped with iD, since the mobile has not arrived, I do not have my new number. I cannot seem to use live chat or contact anyone from iD because I do not have an iD mobile number to input.
Is there any way to contact someone about this?
