I didn't get a code…
Somebody explain why?
Was it the ID number, what ID number was I supposed to Enter? The number of my old handset wich had my old sim card?
I did that…
Help me here.

The code should be the number on the back of the SIM card itself. If you find this doesn’t work, please let us know and we’ll do it here for you.

So when asked for the iD Mobile number, you need to enter the iD mobile number currently active on your iD SIM. (the old one in this case).
The text with the code is sent to your old SIM and you can then enter this code here.
So you will need to make sure you have your old phone on and the SIM inserted in also.

So what your saying is that, im supposed to have my old phone to continue with this processes?
So there's nothing i can do to activate my sim card...
