How to get my phone repaired
A cup of tea has been split on my Samsung Galaxy A7 resulting in the screen not responding properly, I can sometimes unlock it but that's only occassionally. How do I go about getting my phone repaired? Do ID mobile provide a repair service or will I need to find an independant shop/person?

You can pop in to your local Carphone Warehouse Store as they are authorised by Samsung to do all the repairs. Bare in mind that liquid damage is not covered by warranty and might be costly to repair. Here you can find some stuff to read about repairs made by Carphone.
