I can't send pictures by text

I'm having trouble sending pictures and videos by text. Ive never tried so wanted to make an attempt. Is it not possible to send pictures and videos by text?

Hi @KitKatChungy,

We do support MMS messages, however they do come at a charge. If you have your bill cap set to £0 then this will automatically stop all chargeable activity on your account. If you increase the cap within your account, this should let you send those MMS messages.

I tend to use WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger myself for sending photos and videos as it’s free (it just uses data/wifi).
