I have a Samsung, my signal is full, I can receive messages, I can make calls. But for some reason today my texts are failing to everyone even to myself. I've checked my center number its okay. I've factory reseted my phone.. still nothing. I've done everything. I can't find out the issue

We did have some network issues relating to the sending and receiving of text messages on Saturday, but these have since been fixed. Are you still having the same issue, or is it resolved now?
