Hello, As the title re: I downloaded a latest Samsung update for S10 Lite, initially I could call and receive calls, but no texts. Now I have neither services. I waited over 3 hours with live chat and no one came to me. Pathetic customer service. I am presuming it’s due to the Samsung update, although reading the help section there seems to be a lot of other’s in the same boat but apparently it’s possibly an issue with 3?
If anyone could help me it would be appreciated. Thanks

UPDATE: Spent 3 hours waiting in Live Chat received NO HELP! add to the 4 hours I waited yesterday and gave up. DISGUSTING service. AÂ crap service provider

Are you still facing issues?
We had a short outage via 3 UK for texts but this did not affect calls or any other services.
If after a software update you’ve been left with no service, we’d recommend speaking to Samsung first to see if they can advise.
Have you tried the SIM in another phone to rule out if it’s a handset related fault or a network issue?
