I lost my ID mobile number but I have my account number

I have lost my id mobile number and I want to access my account but I dont remember my credentials. The only thing I know is my account number.

Your mobile number would be in your welcome letter and email from us that you’d receive usually the day the SIM/ contract was dispatched.
