I need a PUK code

I think my daughter has locked the aim on her phone we have tried everything from cleaning to coverage and all that as it hasnt worked for over a week and ive just seen she may have locked it by putting in an incorrect pin.... So thinking i may need to request for a PUK code but cant get any touch with anyone from ID... 😬😬 

 

Any help please?

That’s correct, it’s a PUK code that’s required.
