I want to pay my final bill and leave I'd how do I do this as my contract is nearly up

Hi. I’m very disappointed with your service. I cancelled and got a pac number etc last month but I’m still being billed and receiving letters from you. What’s going on?!

Hi @Archnapandyapatel, 

 

If you’ve used the PAC code,, that will be your final bill that you’ve received.

 

If you haven’t used the PAC code yet, then the billing will continue as normal.

Hi Will,

 

can you go into my status and check that it’s all done please? This is so difficult when you can’t just have a chat with one person. You’re the 8th person I’ve spoken to and the online chat is useless as it’s forever going down so i can never finish a conversation. Please can you help me get to the end of this?
