I've got an old Y6 Huawei phone that I'm giving to my daughter. I thought it was unlocked and not network specific but the iD Sim I've inserted is asking for an unlock code. How do I get an unlock code? I'm not even sure which network it may be locked to at its an old phone. Possibly virgin or vodaphone.

Hi @NicolaNewton,

If the phone is asking for a network unlock code then this will be from the original provider of the phone. I’d recommend trying to contact them to ask for help unlocking the phone.
