Lthe ringer is not working on the phone its also ringing out and not connecting or receiving calls

My mobile is ringing out but not connecting and its not connecting to calls from other people, Internet is working OK, does anyone else have this problem, I really need my phone to work as Im a carer

Hello @Schappell,

I’m sorry to hear this is happening.

 

Have you tried restarting your handset to see if this makes a difference? 

 

This will usually fix most networking issues.

 

What happens if someone calls you?
