Hi, I have upgraded to a new mobile with yourselves 2 weeks ago, and the microphone seems to have broken on it already. I cannot make calls as all the other person hears is like white noise. This is the same when recording as well. Can you advise on what I need to do.

We are sorry to hear about this issue! It does sound as though the phone could be faulty if the issue is present on both of those features. Have you tried to do a factory reset of the device just in case this problem is software related?
