I recently purchased a Samsung Galaxy A10 with a monthly rolling data sim which was working fine when I first started using it but once the switch to my old number was complete (this took around 3 days as I activated the PAC on the Saturday before a bank holiday) my phone stopped connecting to 4G when I didn’t have wifi. I am able to make calls and texts fine but mobile data doesn’t seem to be working.

I have tried restarting the phone, turning airplane mode off/on, resetting network settings and adding a new APN (and restarting).

I am unsure what else I can do so any help would be appreciated.
