Moto G 5G Plus NFC Capabilities?

Hi,

I'm looking at this phone as a potential upgrade from my S9. Quick question, does it has NFC capabilities e.g for payments through apps? I know a lot of Moto phones don't and I would need to use my phone for payments sometimes. I've had a look online and there are some conflicting answers. From what I gather, it seems as though its only the USA where it doesn't have NFC on this phone? Just thought I would double check before commiting to the phone for a contract though.

Hello @Tomhumphrey93,

Checking the Carphone Warehouse website (as we share stock) the Full Specs there doesn’t confirm NFC compatibility so I can’t give you a definitive.

You can always upgrade and return if you’re not happy.

Upgrades don’t require a credit check so we can simply reverse the upgrade order if you found it did not have NFC compatibility.
