I have an unlocked Motorola G6. fully updated but refuses to connect to ID network. Toggling airplane mode makes it try to connect, if briefly connects at 4g but then drops off.. Sim works fine. Any ideas?

Have you checked the coverage in your area? Does it work in other areas when you try to connect?

It works in another phone. Other carriers sims work in the phone. It's between ID Mobile and the MotoG6 firmware.

Hi @celliott,

I suppose you have tried to conduct a manual network search within the mobile network settings? Ensure that this is done and that iD Mobile has been selected to ensure it remains on the network.
