My data is not working

Hiya! I have upgraded my daughters sim card so she would get more data. The new sim arrived today and we have activated it, she recieved a text to say that the sim is now activated and she is able to use her texts minutes and data! However, the data is not working! We have turned on the mobile data but still it wont work. I really need to get this sorted as we go away on Thursday so data is a must and one of the reasons I upgraded! 

Could you help please 😊

Hi @Leanne1982,

Thank you for getting in touch; we’re sorry to hear about your issue! Which phone are you using?

If it’s an iPhone, please head to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

If it’s an Android, please head to Settings > Wireless/Networks > APN (Access Point Names) and then press the menu button/icon. Select Reset To Default and then choose iD Mobile from the list once it appears. Restart the phone and let us know if this helps!
