My phone has developed a hardware fault

Hello ID mobile. 

My phone has developed a hardware fault, when the phone screen goes to sleep I am unable to turn the screen on again. The screen flashes at the top and bottom and the only way to access my phone again is to hold down the on/off switch a few time to restart the phone. The phone is under manufacturer warranty so I would just like to know if there is any way I can get it repaired as soon as possible? I have factory reset the phone but the hardware problem is still there. The phone is a Huawei P20 Pro.

Hello @Leann 123,

 

Sorry to hear your handset has developed a fault.

We’d normally direct you to a Carphone Warehouse store to book your phone in for a repair, however, these are currently closed due to the current situation.

 

You should still be able to contact the manufacturer directly who will be able to book this in for repair with them directly.

Alternatively, you can wait until the stores re-open so you can book this in for repair there.
