Renewed contract and upgraded phone to A40, had it a week it keeps telling me there is no sim card inserted, cuts out on phone calls . I done the obvious  but still no joy Only had  this phone a week , can you help ??

Are you able to try an alternative SIM card in the phone? If your don't have access to one, maybe order a free one online?
