New Huawei 2021 ungrape

Just upgraded a week ago and got the new 2021 Huawei and have a new case fitness yesterday. Then today I've drop the pho e outside on hard surface and the screen cracked, I'd not get took the screen stick off. I hopefully can't get a repairs with my contract

Hi @James MG,

 

Physical damage isn’t covered under the warranty I’m afriad, so any repair would be chargeable. Have you got insurance at all? If so, even if it’s home insurance, I’d recommend making a claim, as it will probably work out cheaper.

I'm a bit concerned about the results of your recent work on the website and I will be grateful to hear if you can help me with this considering contract for a week and have the reset, only little fall and still had sticker on. Just a shame

Lucky I'd sent it with Carphone Warehouse and they will repair it
