new phone no coverage or wifi features

Had a very old samsung s7 edge

Could receive and make phone calls in my house

Could use WiFi calling 

Would screen link to pretty much any TV

 

Just got a Samsung s21

Can rarely make or receive calls. Just get text saying voice mail but half time can't call to hear messages

wifi calling non existing nothing I've tried makes it work

Can't screen link or smart connect to anything.

 

No support at all from ID, can anyone help me only had this phone for a few weeks now. Is there anyone to call or best to just go to shop and demand support?

The S21 surely is a great upgrade choice from the Samsung S7 Edge and we are sorry to hear you are having these issues. Have you tried doing a factory reset on the Samsung S21? This will eliminate any software faults causing your handset to do this. Please do an up-to-date backup on your phone before doing the factory restore. Once done, please can you test the phone to see if you are still having these issues.
