new sim not working

I can't get this I have a new phone from carphone warehouse and the sim card will not work I cant get in contact with id mobile worst service so far not a good start to a new contract

We are sorry to hear this. All sims are activated once the phone has been despatched. Please contact our Live Chat | iD Mobile Network team so they can assist with this. I have tested the Live Chat app and can confirm I was able to get through to an advisor. Once you entered your name, mobile number, and reason for the chat, you will be transferred to the iD chatbot, at this point just type in the word ‘Agent’ or ‘Human’ and you will get put through to an advisor who can assist you.
