No sound on voice calls

I have no sound on voice calls, dropped out during a What’s App call. Settings appear correct and text works. Is it a problem with the phone or the sim etc?

Hi @JEM,

I’m sorry to hear about that! It could be a device issue if it is happening over WhatsApp as well as ordinary calls. Please try and record a video/voice note and see if the phone picks up on your voice. If it doesn’t the phone’s microphone may be at fault.
