Nokia 1 not working

My Nokia 1 has stopped working.  It is almost 2 years old but can’t be repaired as shops are shut. 

I currently don’t have a working phone and the ‘live chat’ were not able to offer any solutions to me getting a working phone. 

Any ideas? Thanks

I am sorry to hear about your issue. As Carphone Warehouse stores are closed, for now the best way of obtaining support would be by contacting the manufacturer directly to request a repair.
