Nokia 2.2 notifications not working on third party Apps

Bluemail and Whatsapp notifications not working. I’ve checked all of the obvious settings but still not getting a notification for new messages.

I’ll try re-installing Bluemail and let you know how it goes. Thanks for your suggestions.

Hi @spoulton,

 

Have you tried deleting and reinstalling Bluemail? It may provide the option again to enable push notifications doing this.

They have worked intermittently since I got the phone about a year ago. I just checked it again from my husband’s phone and I got a Whatsapp notification but not a Bluemail notification

Hi @spoulton, that sounds as though it’ll be something in the handset notification settings if it’s regarding thord party Apps.

 

Have they ever worked, or have they just stopped?
